Quick Setup Manual
Step 1: Unpacking & Inspection
Carefully remove all parts from the crate and packaging.
Inspect for any damage or missing parts.
Check that all bolts and hardware are included.
Step 2: Attaching the Steering Wheel
Align the steering wheel with the column.
Secure with the provided nut and bolt using a wrench.
Ensure the wheel turns freely without obstruction.
Step 3: Installing the Roof Canopy
Position the roof on top of the golf cart.
Align the mounting holes and secure using the provided bolts.
Tighten bolts with a wrench.
Step 4: Windshield Installation
Attach the lower windshield clips to the cart’s frame.
Position the windshield and secure it using the provided brackets.
Tighten screws for stability.
Step 5: Rear Seat Kit Installation (If Applicable)
Align the rear seat frame with the mounting brackets.
Secure with the provided bolts and washers.
Attach the seat cushion and backrest.
Install the safety grab bar and tighten all bolts.
Step 6: Connecting the Battery Pack
Ensure the main power switch is in the OFF position.
Connect the battery cables according to the manual (red to positive, black to negative).
Secure the battery terminals and cover.
Charge the battery before first use.
Step 7: Installing Side Mirrors & Lights
Align the side mirrors with the mounting points.
Secure with provided bolts.
Connect the LED light wiring according to the color-coded diagram.
Secure all wiring to avoid loose connections.
Step 8: Final Check & Test Drive
Check all bolts and nuts for tightness.
Test the brakes, lights, and turn signals.
Insert the key, turn it to the ON position, and test acceleration.
Conduct a slow test drive to ensure everything functions correctly.
